How we started and what we promise!

Ted Gonzales has over twenty years of experience in the diamond business. Born and raised originally in Colorado, Ted arrived in Hawaii in 1989 to manage the House of Adler. It was there that he began entertaining dreams of one day owning his own jewelry store-a family-style jewelry store. Ten years after his arrival to Hawaii, all of Ted's dreams came to fruition. 1996 was an exciting year for him. In June of 1996, he married the love of his life, Sheila and in September of 1996, Pacific Diamond-a family jewelry store, was started. Although there have been many changes since 1996, Pacific Diamond's loyalty and dedication to its customers have endured. When one thinks of family values the words loyalty, dedication and aloha may come to mind. These values form the foundation on which Pacific Diamond was built.

Experience and passion has made Ted a diamond connoisseur. A requirement for becoming a sales associate is the appreciation of both the obvious and subtle beauty of every diamond that passes through our hands. At Pacific Diamond our entire staff understands the detail, technique and principles of what it takes to create all diamonds. That is why we have a broad array of diamonds certified and non-certified. We understand that just like diamonds, every customer is unique and that is why we carry all shapes and sizes to suit every budget. Not only do we have diamonds, we also have settings to put diamonds in. We inventory the very best designs, both modern and traditional. Our designer lines include Dora as well as Gelin & Abaci.
